Enterprise Holdings will combine the ARMS product platform, Performance Gateway and CynCast this summer under what it’s calling ARMS Business Solutions, a spokeswoman confirmed Wednesday.
Few other details could be shared at that point, Enterprise spokeswoman Lisa Martini wrote in an email when asked about the www.armsbusinesssolutions.com website, which touts the new company with a “coming soon”-type message.
“It’s a technology revolution,” the site declares, continuing on to note the partnership of the three existing Enterprise products.
“This summer, ARMS® (Automated Rental Management System) Business Solutions will be offering a merged portfolio of products,” she wrote. “ARMS Business Solutions was created from the merging of Enterprise Holdings’ ARMS product platform, Performance Gateway and CynCast.
“The product will bring additional value to insurance and collision industry partners through technology and innovative solutions that positively affects or solves current or emerging issues in the claims handling segment. These solutions will be focused on enhancing the customer’s experience, creating efficiencies, improving claims outcomes and reducing expense through performance metrics.
“By merging these three entities into what we are calling ARMS Business Solutions, we have created a dynamic and comprehensive technology solution for our insurance and collision repair partners.”
She couldn’t discuss ARMS Business Solutions further, she wrote.
