Early SCRS education registrants could win $25,000 spot welder kit at SEMA Show

Southern California Collision Equipment (SCCE) will raffle a Chief Mi300T Spot Welder kit, valued at over $25,000, to one recipient who pre-registers by Oct. 31 for the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) Repairer Driven Education (RDE) series at the SEMA Show.
“We just believe that participation in industry education is such a critical path to success,” said Ian Stoffel, CEO of SCCE, in an SCRS press release. “We want to be a company that goes out of our way to support businesses that are making it a priority to engage in training, education, and building their knowledgebase to better serve the motoring public.
“We believe in participating in our industry associations and see first-hand how much value SCRS has brought through their advocacy work and programs like what they deliver at the SEMA Show. This was just a way that we felt could encourage more participation, and reward those that are investing in their businesses and their teams.”
The Chief MI300T is a high-performance three-phase spot welder for high-strength steel body repairs. With up to 20 welding points per minute, the Mi300T is capable of welding at up to 14,500 max amperage, securing enough power for repairs on current and future metals used on vehicles.
Each person who registers for at least one RDE session by midnight on Oct. 31 will gain one entry into the raffle.
The winner will be selected by random drawing in the SCRS booth (Upper South Hall, 31147) on Nov. 8 at 12 p.m. PST. Winners do not have to be present to accept the prize.
The raffle is conducted by SCCE who will bear all responsibility for fulfillment to the winner. See the official drawing rules here.
SCRS encourages attendees to register for a Full Series Pass, which provides the best value and greatest flexibility to attend SCRS education and events during SEMA week.
