The legal documents needed to operate a successful shop
Very excited to announce that Erica Eversman will be our guest speaker for April! Erica is a lawyer that specializes in matters pertaining to collision repair shops and consumers alike. She will guide us through a series of documents designed to ensure repairs comply with federal and state protection law requirements and provide powerful offensive and defensive counters to insurance interference and lawsuits. Shops will be able to use the provided documents (after review by an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania) to streamline front office activities. As well as, reduce issues with customers and insurers.
