$25Mark Olson, CEO of VECO Experts and co-host of Collision Hub, will be sharing highlights
from 3 of his most popular presentations with the group. First, will be the 10 Step Vehicle
Quality Process. These are 10 steps that if a shop followed every time, will see a predictable
quality repair. Then, Mark will discuss how to Build a Bullet-Proof File. Just repairing
vehicles correctly is no longer enough and complete documentation is a necessity. Mark will
go over the steps to help create a file that will clearly document your process should a
“bullet” ever come your way. Then lastly, he will discuss Big Rocks & Medium Rocks. Big
Rocks are items that could potentially put a shop out of business. Medium Rocks are the
ones that might not put a shop out of business but will keep them from being profitable.
Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and the presentation will start at 7:00 pm
