California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones will hold a presentation on collision repair labor rates and steering on Friday, and California auto body shop personnel are encouraged to RSVP by Wednesday afternoon.

The presentation will be held from 1-3 p.m. Friday at the 1st Floor Hearing Room of the California Department of Insurance, 300 Spring St., Los Angeles.

RSVP before 5 p.m. Wednesday to CDIRegulations@insurance.ca.gov.

Further details were unavailable Monday from the department, but it sounds like something worth attending
